These values are the result of a lot of thinking, discussing and evaluating essential ideas that underpin all of our efforts as Designers of Change.

When we design / When we seek change / When we consider everyone’s best interests, not just our own – we agree to refer to all of these values and ensure that they are being met. We promote them publicly and seek out people who share these values.

However they are not complete or permanent. They are open to challenges, re-wording and refining. And we expect them to grow as we grow.
